It’s the first day of February tomorrow and that means we’ve got some guest bloggers lined up for the week. I think you’ll be in for quite a treat this week! In no particular order, here’s the roster:

1. Cody Hoyt is an amazing Los Angeles-based artist. His mixed media collages are what interest me the most. I also love his contribution to the KN Poster Club.

2. Dave Geeting has a knack for making me “favourite” almost every single one of his photos on his Flickr page. Yes, they are that good. The next step would be for me to actually buy a print from him, and hang it on a wall.

3. Ryan De La Hoz makes a lot of nice art on paper. In a recent interview he described some of the objects seen in his work: “The skeleton gloves represent artifacts of existence. They’re like bones, but they’re not. And the ladders represent abandoned progress.”

4. Patrick Caire has a fabulous taste when it comes to photography. On his blog, Art Sponge, he shares the work of some of his favourite photographers. He also has a camera and shoots some photos himself.
